“Module six on documentation saved me from writing a note that would have made the next works council meeting worse. The clinics felt uneven—one was brilliant, one dragged—but the self-paced labs carried me.”

FAQ
Is this a substitute for legal advice?
No. The course covers communication and documentation habits that often matter in German employment contexts, but it is not legal counsel. If you have active proceedings, involve qualified advisors.
How much time should I plan each week?
Most managers spend three to four hours weekly for six weeks, plus two 90-minute clinics. You can stretch the schedule if workload spikes.
What is a real limitation of this course?
It will not repair a team that lacks basic capacity or clear roles. De-escalation skills reduce damage and reopen talk; they do not invent headcount or strategy. Several alumni note that structural problems remain after the course—and that honesty about that limit was useful.
Can HR enrol with a line manager?
Yes. Pair enrolments are common under Organisation Retainer arrangements and also available as two Coaching Arc seats.
Course reviews
I joined mainly for the Monday-meeting module. Still using the parking technique. Would have liked more remote-hybrid examples.
