Refund policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees you have paid directly to Securenetanalyzr for Session Briefings, Coaching Arc / flagship course seats, or Organisation Retainers, subject to the conditions below. Statutory consumer rights under German law remain unaffected where applicable.

Timeframe

Requests for a full refund of a Coaching Arc seat must be received in writing within 14 days of the invoice payment date and before more than one live clinic has been attended and before more than 20% of self-paced modules have been marked complete in our tracking (whichever occurs first).

Full or partial refunds

Session Briefings: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session receive a full refund or free reschedule. Later cancellations may receive a 50% credit toward a future briefing.

Coaching Arc: Within the timeframe above, unused seats may receive a full refund. After the window, a partial refund of up to 40% may be offered if no clinics were attended, at our discretion.

Organisation Retainers: Unused months in a quarter may be credited toward the next quarter if cancellation notice is given at least 21 days before the quarter ends. Mid-quarter cash refunds are generally prorated minus completed clinics.

Non-refundable items

Completed live sessions, custom scenario packs already delivered, travel costs invoiced for on-site work, and third-party venue fees are non-refundable. Digital phrase cards already issued remain yours; their fee is not separately refundable once generated.

Refund process

Email info@securenetanalyzr.digital with your invoice number, programme name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Securenetanalyzr

If we cancel a programme or briefing, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra charge.

Exceptions

Where mandatory law grants broader withdrawal rights (for example certain distance contracts with consumers), those rights prevail. Force majeure events may lead to rescheduling rather than cash refunds when services can still be delivered within a reasonable period.
